The kids kept losing their keys. Not anymore! Great value for money. Easy to install, reliable. App can be a little slow at times but otherwise excellent.

This lock is great value for money, so convenient not needing to carry keys around. I wish the phone app was a bit better, there's not much you can do on it and the Bluetooth for unlocking the door takes a while. Overall a great unit but don't rely too heavily on the app.

We purchased this lock due to our teenager’s constantly leaving the front door unlocked. The automatic lock function is amazing and provides a high level of security knowing that the door is always locked. I do recommend purchasing rechargeable batteries though, as they do go flat quick.

Lost tags need new tags

Awesome lock, very simple to install and it’s so convenient not to have to use keys anymore. Customer service was amazing as well, when I had an issue with some access cards they were very responsive and quick to help. Love it!

Wanted an easier way for all the family to get into the house so I chose the Samsung digital lock. So easy and quick to get in without having to carry a key around with us anymore. Its great that I can keep an eye on who’s coming and going through the app. So yeah well worth the money.

Firstly I am very pleased with the lock. It was easy to fit and the functionality is great. I really like the new small form factor. Secondly I wish to praise digital door locks customer support team. Nearly two years ago I bought a digital lock. It had issues. Digital door locks replaced it straight away without any fuss. Now that lock has developed a fault. Again DDL l support immediately helped me and now I have a shiny new Samsung lock. DDL reply to emails very quickly and really seem to care about their customers.

Amazing lock. Price is extremely reasonable for something so advanced in technology. Won't be buying normal Locks from now on!!

Very simple installation. Sturdy unit. I liked that you can access using whatever combination of phone, FOB, swipecard or pin code. You won't beat the quality at this price point.

This lock was really easy to install and set up. It’s easy to use - my son loves keying in the code and the rest of the family have the app installed. I love the tone that plays to let you know when the door opens, but it can be disabled if you don’t like that feature. Also it’s really good to know who has opened the door - so if I’m out, I can see when my children get home from school. Really good product.

Easy to install and set-up. Love how it has eliminated the need for a key and that I can open door without having to leave my study. Amazing product for the price point.

This is a great lock for us. Most of our children have moved out and now we don’t need to worry about making sure they all have a copy of the house key. I love the app and can keep track of who’s coming in with the notifications. The two step procedure is a great bonus as is the options available, app, tag and card. We make sure we have the card available for guests staying with us and they never have a problem accessing our home.

This product came with so many more features than we anticipated for the price. It was easy to install and turn of the sound so we wouldn’t annoy our neighbours unless someone was trying to break in. Extremely handy to unlock from your phone and the emergency battery gives piece of mind that we won’t be locked out. Very happy with the purchase

Stylish door lock. Great lock easier to install. I have a standard double door but had to use all the spacers to get the strike to match up. Looks not a solid as the metal strike on its own. Apart from that the lock is easy to use. The smart app is good to because I can open the door remotely when I am In Bluetooth range.

Easy to install and use!! Was simple to install into the existing deadlock hole. You can even unlock it from the other side of the house by using unlock on the phone app!! Use your phone or a pin code, tag or card to open the lock. Great for the kids - instead of worrying they'll be locked out or lose the keys!!

Great product Really good lock. Installed it today - easy replacement of my standard lock, easy setup and great functionality. Very good bluetooth pairing app. I will check availability of the extra wireless module (which is apparently available), but not sure if I really need it as BT fulfil all my needs. Well done Samsung!

Perfect smart locks These locks are of a great use. We use them at the workshop and they are a great use despite the number of people coming in and out. Would prefer to get more users to have access on the system as it is currently restricted to 8.

No more lost keys! I wanted a lock like this for so long then found this one at Bunnings, did a bit of research and found it all really easy to understand. Having teenagers they constantly lost the front door keys! So frustrating. One thing they will never lose is their phone! So the Bluetooth setting is what they all use to get in the house now. It’s brilliant!

Great security This door lock is a life saver, we installed it on our internal garage door to stop our toddler from entering the garage and potentially running onto the road. Was so easy to install. I tried to set up the warranty and silly me couldn't work out where to find the serial number. I sent an inquire and was promptly contacted. Problem solved

Great Service I have purchased this lock and called for a help to understand the warranty and also to obtain the missing Access Card. Kenneth and Gina have been very professional and helpful. They didn't hesitate in taking my details and advised me that I'll receive the Access card shortly. The lock looks very slick and starlight forward to install.

Great lock! Highly recommended The lock is very streamlined and looks great! Lots of features and I love the flexibility of using the fobs, my phone or the PIN code. It isn't very loud when being used. Definitely worth the money!

Simple modern looking and very smart I had two smart locks installed by Jimmy. This is for my back door which is recommended by him, I showed Jimmy a photo of my back door and he knew which one is the best for it! Really enjoy the keyless entrance way and feel safe at the same time!

Simple but useful Works as expected, easy to use

Great customer service Unfortunately the lock didn't come with any instructions, and therefore I had to google how to set the fobs up. Without any luck I called Samsung and the lady was very helpful and helped me set them up. I also thought I can set up an app on my phone, but you can't for this version. Just some feedback for those looking at the differences between models. Very happy with the service though.
