Away Security Function

If you go out frequently or leave home for a long time, you can simply push the Home button to activate the Away mode.
After activation, an alarm is set off when the lock is operated from the inside; a sign that a burglar is attempting to make an escape.

Intrusion Alarm

If someone tries to pull the door forcefully or enters incorrect PIN for 5 consecutive times, the door lock sounds a warning and disables key authentication for 3 minutes to help prevent trespassing.

The door works perfectly fine but the front panel got severely cracked from direct sunlight. It is such an embarrassment to have a thousand dollar door handle, which looks really shi**y. Suggest not to buy if your door gets direct sunlight.

It’s look like very unprofessional work. First time the guy came to put the lock. He did not clean styker and second time he put on door. My both door is rubbing each other. I have tried to contact them many time but no respond at all. Very poor customer services. I am willing to give negative rating if I would have option for that.

I am glad I went with DDL. Their offer of free installation saved me a couple of hundred dollars. The only problem I faced was the turnaround time. Their locksmith took longer than I expected to come out for the installation of the lock, but other than that the whole process was smooth. I would highly recommend buying locks from this company

This is a very capable door lock. Pretty straight forward to install on the door. Was relatively easy to configure passcodes, finger prints and mobile app. This provides each family members 3 ways to unlock the front door without needing keys. All modes work well though the mobile app needs to be opened to activate the door opening. The mobile app should be further developed so that all of the configuration could be done via the mobile app. I called the Samsung Support Line and Marianne provide excellent service and was very knowledgeable.

Never get locked out again - convenient and easy to use We have been using this lock for over 18 months now. It’s been great to not have to worry about carrying keys. It’s relatively easy to use but the app is sometimes temperamental so we don’t use it much. We would love to see a child lock function to prevent young kids from opening the door. The design is sleek and technical support has been excellent. I frequently recommend this product but have only given 4 stars due to the lack of child lock function.

Great features, easy to install, highly recommended Was about to cut more keys after moving into my new house, then thought maybe give the smart lock a chance. Now, key copying is a thing in the past, locked out gets no more room to exist, we would never need to find a place to hide a key somewhere behind the plants around the corner, and there is no worry for key lost security concerns whether it is the kids or myself ever again. It was until we have it installed, we realised the benefits. Works great for the whole family and the installation was smooth. We all have a big smile each time opening the door now, very happy.

SMART DOOR LOCK Researched plenty of smarty locks. This one came out on top. Had a chippy install without any issues. Lock did not want to lock but with the help of tech support we found the mortise cable hadnt been fully inserted. Now works a treat and looks great on our black oversize door.

Awesome looks and handy features I've had this door lock installed now for 18 months and it's such a breeze to go for a walk and not have to take keys etc and just use the fingerprint scanner! Battery life is surprisingly good considering how often we use our front door, and the door chime is handy (let's you know when someone has opened the door and if they've accidentally left it ajar) the integrated doorbell feature is great also vs having to install a clunky outdated item that most doorbells look like they're from the 80's.. I'm glad we paid the premium for this feature packed smart lock it looks great and makes life easier!

Great lock - unstable network connection The door lock looks and works great - when it is connected to the network. After 2 months of normal usage - the batteries died, and even before that - the lock disconnected from the network and have struggled to re-connect it since. For the price - I would expect the product to work without manual intervention to this extent. I have contacted support- will update the review once the issue is resolved or I have an update.

No more keys We have had this door lock now for over a year, it not only looks stunning but it works superbly and meets the needs of our busy household.
