We bought this lock over 2 years ago and we love it. It’s very reliable, solid and secure and has great battery life. It was easy to install and set up. We have never had to use a key with it. I needed some advice about a key card recently and found Digital Door Locks very responsive and helpful. Bought this lock in Dec 2020, and it works great! Feels very solid and secure. A real advantage is that you can use multiple codes, or the provided 2 RFID Fob's. They also provide with you with 2 keys that come in handy, if for whatever reason the battery fails. So no fears or headaches. You can also program temporary codes that are perfect for when you want to give access to visiting family or friends, or even a tradie/cleaner. Had this for around 3 years and worked great for us. Basic model, secure and served all our needs. Never had to bring a key out ever again. When we had an issue with the mechanicals, we were offered a one-to-one exchange almost immediately and the techinical support team is amazing!

This smart lock was easily installed into our existing heritage french door. We have used it for over 2 years now. Simple and easy to use and hasn't skipped a beat!!! I would highly recommend. Batteries seem to last forever, easy to add/change pin codes, and so handy having the use of a Samsung RFID Tag. trying to get in with bags full of groceries and just wave the tag and hey presto! Five stars from me.

Great customer service last week due to some technical fault i was stuck outside not able to open my main door. Prompt customer service arrange locksmith guy to replace the lock with in 4 hours in warranty. It was great service appreciate customer service keep it up you guys making difference real.

Minor issue after 18 months Bought this digital lock from local Bunnings and builder installed it with the new front door. Worked well for 18 months. The screen started going into idle mode recently, numbers won't come up when swiping. Had to gain entry via backdoor with backup key. Rang Samsung support and tech guy was very helpful. Is a known issue with this lock if the deadbolt cylinder is not fully extended, screen will go into idle mode. Cleaned out the bolt hole, Al good now.

Keyless Great keyless door lock.Going to the beach or taking the dog for a walk without having to carry around bulky house keys.we forgot our master pin code to reset a new pin after having the Samsung keyless entry lock for over two years and customer service attended our call promptly helping us step by step resting our code and couldn’t be happier

Samsung keyless door lock The lock is so convenient with so many options, including pin, card/fob as well as the traditional key. Once you have one, you dont want to go back to old school door locks. The team at DDL also made things super easy to replace the key cylinder with new keys (and it was around 10 min DIY job).

Deadbolt lock for my garage door I was introduced to this lock by Jimmy who was also installing a new Smart Door Lock (DR708) for my main entrance. Love the look of this lock and more so the easiness of operating it. Jimmy knew what he was doing, had all the necessary equipment and he installed it perfectly and it fits my door perfectly. Clean up was also thorough and lock is working very well.
