Been using it for 3yrs then it had mechanical problem with opening from the outside, the after sales support is very good, replacement part was sent immediately. The door itself is awesome, we are so used to not carrying key and fire rated too, suitable for apartments.

This would have to be the best invention ever and what makes it better is it’s a Samsung product!!! If your like me and always lose your keys or lock yourself out of the house this door lock is for you. Love the way you can save codes for other people to enter if your not home. Bought the Samsung SHS- P718 digital door lock and we’re super happy. Had a few issues with my initial setup but 1 call to the 1800 number and it was all sorted in a matter of minutes. After sales service can be an issue sometimes but in this case it was brilliant, thanks again to the Tech after sales group.

Garage key/remote, Fence key/remote, Home Door Key. I am in the middle of removing all to just one key/remote plus biometric, your finger as the key (like how Steve Jobs did it for iPhone, getting rid of stylus). So after many online research for a while, I found Jimmy via Facebook and Google, who has amazing credentials and claims. To avoid bad DIY installation or via bad installer, it's worth it to get the real Digital Door Lock professional like Jimmy. He did the "wood-work" and installation with precision which would make DIY people think twice. He installed it perfectly, and cleaned up the my door area, and gave a bit of training to get me started and answered my technical questions. Voila.... I could go for a jog without bringing any key.
